Mentoring when you need it
If you are facilitating Way of Council circles, or thinking of starting one, it can be a huge help (and confidence-boost) to be able to talk with someone who has 15+ years of facilitation experience and the knowledge and skills of a Recognised Way of Council Facilitator and Trainer.
Come with a question, or a plan you’d like me to cast my eye over, or for a debrief of something in a past circle that felt challenging or beyond your experience.
Regular mentoring for those “on the path”
If you have reached the place where you feel that you wish to step on the path to become a Recognised Facilitator of the Way of Council, you’ll need a Recognised Trainer in Council to mentor you as you walk the path.
